一般餐盒應密封在塑料包裝袋中,包裝袋不應有破損,包裝不嚴密的餐盒容易受到環(huán)境的污染,衛(wèi)生得不到保證。

要仔細查看包裝標志上是否標注了”產(chǎn)品名稱、 生產(chǎn)者廠名、廠址、產(chǎn)品執(zhí)行標準、生產(chǎn)日期、保質(zhì)期、衛(wèi)生許可證”等國家規(guī)定必須標注的內(nèi)容,如標志內(nèi)容標注不全或者不規(guī)范,則這樣的餐盒最好不要購買。

質(zhì)量好的餐盒盒身的色澤應均勻、輪廓清晰,口不應有明顯的凹陷、起皺。

注意盒口平整、光滑,無廢邊、毛刺,杯身應清潔透明,厚薄均勻, 無雜質(zhì)、氣泡、水紋,無魚眼僵塊等現(xiàn)象。

要選用盒身硬度較好的餐盒,盡量選擇盒壁厚實、硬挺的餐盒, 在選擇餐盒時,可用手在餐盒的兩側(cè)輕輕擠壓,大致可以知道盒身硬度的好壞。
